Shipping policy

Order Processing

• Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped out.
• Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship out on Monday. 
  
• Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. 
  

Local Pickup

• We do offer local pickup, so if you live around Dallas, TX take advantage of this!
  
• If you choose local pickup at checkout, you will receive an email with instructions on where/when to pick up your items once they are ready.

Shipping

• Flat rate shipping of $7.
  
• Free shipping on all orders of $100 or more. 
• We are not responsible for packages once they’ve been shipped. If a package is lost, stolen, etc., you will be responsible for filing a claim with USPS/UPS if you choose to do so.
