Refund policy

Returns

  • We completely understand that not every purchase will work out for you. You can return unworn, unwashed clothing for STORE CREDIT ONLY. All original tags must be attached, no pet hair, no makeup or deodorant stains, no perfumes or smoke smell, etc. If it can’t be resold, you will not receive store credit.
  • You must return items within 14 days from when package was delivered, or we will not accept it. You must include original packing slip in return.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs; all shipping charges are non-refundable. Mailing stamp must be within 14 days of receipt.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed. You will then receive your store credit via email. 
  • NO REFUNDS under any circumstances.

  • Swimsuits: Can be returned for store credit ONLY IF the sanitary liner and tags are attached. Please make sure to wear undergarments when trying on swimsuits. 

    Defective/damaged items

    • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days of your package's delivery date if the item is defective or damaged.

    • Please send an email to customerservice@remilouboutique.com and include photos of damage. We will not accept returns if damage is found after item has been worn or washed.

    Exceptions / Final Sale items

    • All sale items are FINAL SALE. Items purchased with a coupon code of 25% off or more are considered a sale item.
    • Doorbuster deals or deals of the day are FINAL SALE.
    • Any sale we run is considered FINAL SALE. This includes BOGO sales. 
    • Gift cards are non-refundable 
    • IMPORTANT: If you send back something that is considered final sale, we will not give you store credit. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for us to send it back to you. 
    • The following items are also considered FINAL SALE:
      • Hats/beanies
      • Bags, Jewelry, & any type of accessories 
      • Sunglasses

    Disclaimer

    • We try our hardest to edit photos to show the true color, but please keep in mind exact colors & patterns may vary. Due to all monitors and phones displaying colors differently, and differing indoor/outdoor lighting, we cannot guarantee that the colors in the pictures accurately depict the true color of the item.
